The Hague City Hall, popularly known as the Ice Palace, is located at Spui in the city centre of The Hague.
A famous design by the architect Richard Meier. The building is almost completely white, inside and out. Civil servants were not even allowed to put plants in the windows.
The atrium of the town hall is freely accessible. There is also a library and a tourist information shop on the ground floor.
