Your apartment is available from 3 pm for Check in.
If you have checked in online and payment has been made, you can check in via your mobile phone without the need to collect any physical keys.
See our arrival and check in information in less than 2 minutes.
On the day of arrival you can ask the reception if the apartment is available earlier, this depends on the check-out time of the previous guests and the time that our housekeeping staff needs to clean the apartment.
You can leave your luggage at our reception free of charge during opening hours. Outside opening hours, leave your luggage at the adjacent The Hague HS train station.
Prefer a Keycard?
Just ask our reception staff. The keycards look like hotel keycards, but in fact, they are not keys that can easily be copied. That is why we have to charge €30 for each lost key. We normally offer you 1 key per apartment.
The key on your mobile phone is an easy alternative and cannot be lost.
