Your apartment is available from 3 pm for Check in.

If you have checked in online and payment has been made, you will receive your keys on your mobile phone, without the need to collect any physical keys.

See our arrival and check in information in less than 2 minutes.

On the day of arrival, you can ask the reception if the apartment is available earlier. This depends on the checkout time of the previous guests and the time our housekeeping staff needs to clean the apartment.

Do you want to leave your luggage? This is possible (paid) at the nearby Den Haag HS train station.

Prefer a key? Ask our reception staff. The key tags look like hotel keys but are not; they are keys that cannot be easily copied. Therefore, we must charge €30 in case of a lost key. We usually provide one key per apartment.

The key on your mobile phone is a convenient alternative and cannot be lost.

• Arriving late? You can always check in online. We will send the keys by email after payment of the apartment, deposit, and uploading of an ID proof.
